Would it be possible to introduce a new "partners rate"? So if you are a paid member then your spouse/partner can get subscription at a reduced rate?

I did discuss this before but we didn't get very far. The Z Club do this so I don't see why we shouldn't. I think that perhaps for a nominal fee, or perhaps even for free a sub'd member could include their other half. The tricky part is how to keep it up to date - perhaps Mike can think up some clever way of doing it and keeping it as automated as possible.

 

We may also have to update the Constitution, as obviously someone who has not paid the full sub could not expect the same benefits.

Thanks Angus but its an idea inspired by Z Evo really. I havent got a partner who wants to aire their views on here as she thinks we are a bunch of nutters anyway. My son does join in sometimes as he knows a couple of members I just thought it would be a good thing for those that have. :bow:

i think it is a brillaisnt ideal as we have two zeds and to pay 2 full subscription is not in my budget im afraid, but like was quoted by Andy Zclub do joint membership for 28.50 bargain and you get a good welcome pack aswell

True, but you don't get two welcome packs, or two magazines etc. All you really get is two names associated with your club membership.

But surely if you are a couple you would share the welcome pack and take turns to read the mag. Not a valid point IMO andy.
