Thanx guys,

I have the instructions danny, just wanted to see if there was any other bits to look out for just in case I screw up something along the way.

Can the install be done easily from above the rad or am I better off lifting the car to fit lower pipe? Thats where my zed is losing water from.

Cheers

You'll have to get under the car to attach the bottom silicone elbow to the rad (as well as when you drain the system) so best get the front in the air mate. Apart from what I've written in the instructions I really don't think there is anything else to look out for. Good luck!

The rad part is quite straight forward. Jack the front up, drain the rad and swap the pipes. It is really is that simple.
