were do i get zed gear knob

does anyone have a clue were to get a Z gear knob pls

    MSA in California do them with Zs on them if thats wot U mean.

    is that the one with just a Z on it coz thats the one im looking for, its about 4" long with 2 rubber ring round the top, i have seen them but carnt find them anywere.

    I got mine from Luke but he dont do them anymore,however I think BeeGee man may know where they came from.
