Lost (deceased) my ex-Mrs Turbo on January 30th although been split up since about July/August '04 but we'd been together for about 12 years so was gutted but the 300ZX crew were there for me. Thanks again everyone!

 

But on the up, had met my new Mrs. Turbo a.k.a. Jen and then found out that she was preggers plays pop in April. :rofl:

 

Jobwise things have been good, been lucky enough to stay in good IT contracts all year and looking forward to a happy Crimbo (for a change) and an even happier New Year with the birth of our daughter...due 31st December.

 

Z still not been officially on the road this year but that will change next year.

Moved from Anglesey to Mold just outside Chester.

 

Oh and finally getting my Rotties back from the kennels this weekend, they've been in there since Heidi passed away...10 months! So am well mad for that although me Mrs. ain't as enthusiastic. LOL :D

 

So how's yours been then kiddies? Highs and lows! ;)

Put a deposit on a new house in March then got a call the same night that my step mum had just died. Spent all spring decorating and tidying my own house to put on the market.

 

Then on Sunday 26 June while working on the Z got a phone call, my dad had died (59 years old ffs). spent all summer doing my dads house and making all the arrangements with the estate etc.

 

From the begining of Autumn been trying to sell 2 houses when the market has died. My old house is supposed to be getting handed over to its new owner this friday after finally selling it, but still the lawyers are dragging their asses and nothings signed yet.

 

Due to a combination of moving to the new house ( with garage for the Z )and a clutch fault the Z was laid up for about 4 weeks, got the clutch fixed washed the car then drove it 2mls into town only for a woman to ram into the side of it mangaling the drivers door and front wing.

 

 

2005 has been a shit year :(

 

 

Still just had an offer put on my dads house so hopefully 2006 is going to be a whole lot better. It sure cant be much worse!!!!

Started the year by being made redundant :( Got a much better job, with 50% more pay, 2 months later :)

 

Bought lots of cigars.

 

Passed my Advanced Driving test.

 

Turbos went kaput. Found out that my car doesn't have the Stage 2 turbos it was advertised as having when I bought it. New turbos in.

 

Got a Road Angel Navigator for half price.

2005 has been crap for several reasons but hey 2006 and 2007 will be even worse hmm just cant wait for 2008 when i will be a free man again prison is going to be an ass to cope with

Worst year of my fooking life, 18 year old son was killed on 12th of Jan

17 days after his birthday. Spent most of year keeping it together for wife and other two kids. 2 good friends have commited suicide in the past 7 weeks the last one only last week Both over WOMEN

 

Nothing can ever be as bad as 2005 for me.

For me 2005 has been pretty good, I had major surgery to remove my colon in February to cure a condition I had been living with for over 10 years and I wish I'd had the surgery years ago. It was a shitty couple 2-3 months ( 2 stage operation) but now I feel much better. You don't realise how crap you feel until it's gone when you have a condition for a few years!!

Also got engaged (marrying May2006) and got back onto 2 whells buying myself a Triumph Dayton.

Mine's been good and bad

Haven't driven my zed since last September 2004, couldn't afford to get it fixed (needed a new clutch and oil pump had gone)

 

Finally got the money together, got the new wiring loom, grounding kit, new clutch,oil pump,hubs replaced, ( feels safer) few other minor things, then the bloody turbos went :rant:

 

so sorted that out just got some turbos refurbed, so I'm really happy... All the work is done apart from the turbos going in and (fingers crossed) will get my zed back as a Christmas prezzie :hyper: :bow:

 

I have been so patient ( no choice really) though it has been worth it. There are many times over the last couple of years when I really wanted to give up mentally and emotionally, but funnily enough never thought of getting rid of the zed ( i am one stubborn woman)

Things were so stressful,(all the hassle with my zed and Jeff at z world) I didn't sue him as I couldn't afford to in the end and I ended up in hospital with gynae problems (not related though all the stress didn't help)

It's too late now.

I'm not bitter about it far from it I made a choice to look after myself first.

Another stressor was not what i needed.

 

An old friend died earlier this year ( he commited suicide) that was a massive shock, still don't really believe it.

 

On a good note, had a promotion and a pay rise, so really happy about that, been also training as a reiki teacher (training finshes Spring next year after 2 years)

It's been hard as not been able to go to as many classes as haven't got reliable transport (the classes are in Hale, London & Wales) so been a bit down about that.

Had real financial problems but now have sorted it out and I am really proud of myself for sticking to it and getting it sorted.

Missed a lot of meets and JAE this year which got me down, 2006 will be better.

 

In Feb 2006 will have been with my current partner 2 years, so really happy about that, learning spanish and german (I like learning languages)

 

Getting quite fit, been doing all sorts of exercise from running to weights and everything in between

 

2005 has been good and stressful, I have a lot less problems now so I know 2006 is going to be a lot better

 

My kids are happy and healthy, our home is nice, my boyfriend is lovely, and I actually feel like I'm getting somewhere now
