quite common with engine rebuilds to go to oversize pistons, what sort of info are you after ?

alot of people take them slightly bigger and 0.5 mm is the recommended rebore i seem to remember but i went to 90mm :)

always worth getting the block tested like i did to make sure everythings fine

I just wanted to be sure this is an easy operation !!! That's scare me :s

ย

Also, do I need to change injector or there is nothing to deal with them right now? I will not change the turbo for the moment.

ย

What is the max pressure that can be handle by the head cylinder gasket?

If you are only changing the pistons (not the turbos) then there is no need to change the injectors.

ย

If all else is standard the limiting factor is your turbos and injectors, which will both give out long before your head gasket (in theory :))
