It's the Superman powers he's got, he fly's through the air, flys onto chairs & smashes them into 1 billion pieces, and snaps steel with his bare hands :bow: :hyper: ;)

drill it out very gently and you can get a special tool which puts a lef hand thread in it and undoes the remaining bolt thread.

failing that if its a 6 mm bolt drill a 5mm hole in the thread and retap if not it will have to be an imperial thread possibly.

 

you can also buy a thread repair kit which is like a resin which reinstates the thread (not 100% sure) but possibly worth a shot

The hot spanner would have done it now you snapped it off..Its drill time.

 

PS.If ever you need a free hot spanner I got one but it is in Norwich ( you could look up that Nurse you used to....... ;)
