ok guys and gals here's the score.

 

A bloke my dad works with has got an import TT auto sat on his drive with a knackered engine. Dont know the complete ins and outs of the engine problem but I do know it's mechanical and I know it's not anything on the turbo side of things. So, the question is, what would be required to turn my N/A into a TT using this car as a donor?

 

The rest of the car would be broken and sold off to help fund any new parts that may be required, but all I need to know from the 'Font of infinite Z knowledge' is what do I need?

no reason why it cant be done may be expesive dependin on whats wrong with the engine though not worth doin imho if yer not doin the work yerself its a very big job. is yours a manual or auto ?

Can be done and has been done but have you seen what you can buy a tt for? is it worth the hassle?

Basically, this car is identical to mine except it's a TT and it's black.

 

I know that actually buying a TT isn't gonna be all that expensive but I can get this car for a VERY low price.

you have to bear in mind the engine if it destroyed itself it could of damaged the turbos so they could be knackered too, just a thought!!
