Woke up this morning to discover I have the runs, and then was sick like nothing i have ever seen before :( Either I'm pregnant or ill....not going into work though so you guys got me here for a full day !

BTW there is a field opposite the flat, looks very picturesque (sp?) this morning all covered in frost!

For the past three sunday nights i have been up all night playing World of Warcraft. I feel a little ill on the monday and the big one on the loo is rather runny.

My swimming lesson at 9pm wakes me up. Yes i am 30 and cant swim. But i really need some form of exercise that is not as dull as the gym. Im not sporty unless its table tennis or cricket but they aint really popular.

BIRD FLU?

Well being 30 and not being able to swim is kinda bad, but at least you are learning. My nan is 94 and she can't swim/never learned. Swimming is excellent excercise. Agreed the gym is dull! Have you ever thought about cycling? Even flat off road riding (cannock chase for example, around milford where it is not too hilly) is fairly demanding, but very good for you at the same time.

hope u feel better astra

Sorry, should laugh, hate it when it comes out like curry sauce.... ;)

Shit, that's bad... Best way to cure it is drink load's of mineral water cause your body is de hidrated and not eat if you can help it cause it's just feeding the bug... Next put some toilet roll in the fridge as it's a great cure for "Ring sting!"
