That i'm back in the garage!-done a fair bit today, made alternator brackets and fitted that, made p/steering pump brackets, wired in alt and starter-she now turns on the key! Also cut slam panel and now the Koyo fits :D -got to make brackets to hold that tomorrow, wired in ignition feed and tacho and fitted a leather gaiter to the gear stick!(cheers Boldy!)

BUT!-I left my camera at work so you will have to take my word for it! :headvswal :D

Would you believe the main problems were the fooking dump valves.

 

they were knackered and set far too weak, so were opening on tick over and messing up the idle

also, ecu wiring was dodgy and a maf sensor

And Dave, to be honest mate not far of now but lack of funds is fookin' me up at the mo'!! :( -I need in no paticular order; A fuel pump, a carb, pair of valve covers, air filter, sh!t loads of silicone hose to plumb it all in!, clutch pedal and cylinder (on order) 3x hose making for clutch and p/steering, 2x v belts, prop modifying and make up an exhaust!-well you did ask!

At least week after next the 2 poster comes so that will make things easier! :D

This is the koyo fitted-only had to remove about 5mm from the slam panel-and yes there is a gap between the pulley and rad! ;) -and no I aint' using that alternator-for pattern purposes only!

darren dont forget that big lump might get a bit of torsion movement on the engine mounts,dont want to see that koyo get a pulley rammed into it :( . but i know you,ve added this to the gap tolerence :nelson:

That's the easy bit mate!-I got about 2 foot of supra shaft, so I measure up take it all round to Wilsons driveshafts and leave em' to it! :D

mate, thats awesome - cant wait to see it finished!!!
