Need to replace fuse for ciggy lighter socket

The ciggy lighter in my new ZX has corroded quite badly so i wired a new 12v lighter socket from maplins in. However during this i shorted the wires together and now the mulimeter is not reporting any 12v voltage.

 

Where is the fusebox for this one? And do i need to decipher some Japanese! cos i have an import :hyper:

 

I now do all electrical wiring with the ignition off - duh!

    Might be in the fuse box in the drivers footwell
