The Jedburgh meet is this Sunday so i suppose i better post up the route. :cool:

 

The plan is to meet at Dunfermline Odeon, ready to leave BEFORE 10.30.

From there, across the Forth road Bridge, into Edinburgh and along to barnton junction.

Down Maybury road and onto the city bypass.

 

At sherrifhall roundabout, turn onto Old Dalkieth Road.

then follow the A68 down to Jedburgh. :D

 

 

Peter will be joining us at the shell Service station at Dreghorn.

Ah, I know the Dreghorn junction very well!

Stayed at the Travel Inn there many times when I've been in working in Edinburgh.

 

Watch out for the HUGE pot-holes in the car park though.

Couldnt be easier bud! As you come down the M90, come off at the big-ass roundabout for Dunfermline. Take your 3rd exit for Dulloch park, and there is a big retail park just as you come off.

Its in there.

Dreghorn - good meeting place, I should be there about 11.0, yes?

 

But don't buy your petrol there - not sure what their prices are, but the Esso station just south of Dalkeith on the A68 has been consistently the cheapest in the whole of Edinburgh district for weeks. Last Monday it was 87.9 litre.

 

Venue in Jedburgh SOUNDS like the big parking area in front of the blue-rinse special (the tartan / Scottish kitch tourist) shops...
