Do you have an aftermarket boost gauge fitted?

If you have, you can check the vacuum reading at idle and as you change down and brake.

Find someone with conzult and connect to check the aac valve duty.

Is there any change with the a/c on or off?

pop over to z-tech mate, check it on the consult FOC of course

This happened to me.

Ended up being my TPS. try cleaning it and repositioning it.

I's say TPS as well, but since you've not had any engine work done it seems a bit strange. Could also by your IACV, maybe it's dirty/clogged after being at the bodyshop
