Manual Gear Knob Alternatives

Anyone got any suggestions for an alternative manual gear knob? All the ones i've seen so far are too short and the ones that look long enough don't have a big enough slot to go over the thicker part at the bottom of the gear stick.

    Yeh i know what you mean i bought a Razo from Halfrauds for myshort throw and had to turnthelever down in a lathe.Looks good now though. ;)
