Im in the middle of replacing my passenger side wing mirror unit. I have the old one of. But where is the wiring for the new one - do I have to remove the door card to get at it?? Or does it run in under the dash? Thanks for any help.

Can anyone recommend a breakers yard where I can get a wing mirror. The one on my passenger side does not fold in when I use the button.

check under the glovebox on the very left habd side there are some connectors which can work loose push them in and try again.

The mirror moves a some of the way and then gets stuck, seems as if maybe some of the teeth in the motor are missing or something.

sounds like a dirty connector its very unusual for a motor in th mirrors to break methinks! i still recon its a connector somewhere.

i would take the door panel off and connect the connector inside the door to a direct 12volt power supply to test it.

if it still doesnt work replace.

all the best
