mph dial to 180mph

is there an actual FITTING difference between a non turbo and turbo mph dial?

 

what is the difference? ive seen one that is goes up to 180mph and they say its a non turbo one?

    they are the same afaik, only the non turbo doesnt have the cutout for the boost gauge
