doing my head in at the moment, keep waking up at 6ish and wide awake and once i am awake that it i'm up

 

problem is i am going to bloody bed earlier and earlier as i am so tired as night :confused:

you are not alone...... i keep waking up at odd hours

I struggle incredibly during the week to get up yet at the weekend its 7.00am on the dot and I'm wide awake :confused:

 

I normally go and walk the dog for something to do - he thinks its his birthday :D

i can relate to that but then when i manage to sleep longer the dog wants to go out early

have kids I'm awake all the bloody time

As either my girlfriend of I am up at 6:30ish to go to work, this is when the cats get fed.

 

However when we are not working, they are trying to knock the door down at bang 6:30 to be fed.
