Ok guys, got the second HDD up and running but it's telling me that all I have is 1.9GB and the disk is 40Gb. What the fook do I do now?

Have you formatted it ? I could have more than one partition on it already and you're only seeing the first small one.

Go into disk management and see if it already has a partition created. If it has, remove it. Then you can create a new partition using all of the disk, format it using NTFS and assign it a drive letter.

HTH
