Those who have fitted the HID kit

 

Did you all mount the ballast boxes in the front air filter compartment ??

 

If not where ...only I have a stock air filter ATM with not much room for ballasts and was wondering about the best options !!

I've just put mine next to the intercoolers. I have Greddy IC's and used a spare bolt hole to secure them down.

I stuck mine directly to underside of the headlamp assembly. Same as the genuine OEM Xenon ones.

Mine are behind the front bumper, just for reference in the future, if anyone that has HID lights fitted finds one of their headlight fuses keeps blowing, it could be the ballast pack that has failed, mines been doing this and this is the cause, the ballast pack can apparently break down and they are, as you would expect a nightmare to find seperately and expensive. :cry:
