OK then people, time for a clear up of what is understanded....
I seem to remember about 3 years ago the government banned fixed retail prices - ie RRP
What is the score if a company decided to try and fix the price their distributors are supplying for? Then if their distrubutors don't comply either refuse to supply to them or up the cost of supply to them? This is a sore point with a lot of people in this country at the moment and I was wondering where people stand legally? As far as I thought, if a manufacturer tried to fix the price of their goods this was illegal??? If I wanted to buy X product at Y price and then sold it at £5 loss thats my choice, right?
