Just sold my Z on ebay earlier this week, she had to go :( . It met it's reserve, I got a message from the buyer yesterday saying that he could no longer go ahead with the deal and he's sorry. Do you know where I stand on this? I'm assuming ebay is a legal contract and he has to buy?? What bothers me even more is the listing fees and the final value fees are more than £100!

 

I need to get the Z sold ASAP because I'm off on my travels soon (through business not pleasure!)

Yes, you could persue it if you wanted.

Your options are to sell it as a 'second chance' to the next highest bidder or reclaim the fees which will be a final value fee of £30 plus listing fee. trouble is E bay only give you a credit, not a refund...oh....and they dont give a rats ass about your problems..

Make sure you sort the buyer in their feedback...

Thought you had lost interest mate, I'm really short of time owing to pending deployment so was panicking! Deal really has to be done by this Friday. Honestly didn't think you were still interested James, sorry mate.
