I'm new to this PC gaming lark - what's a good joystick to get ? I've ordered a flight sim game and don't want to use the keyboard.

 

I'll never be a serious games person so I'm not looking to spend big money but also don't want something that's going to fall apart.

 

There's too much choice - HELP !

Looks fantastic Tooley but I have a feeling that the other half may have a few words to say if she found me spending that much on a toy. I'd end up with balls like Warren's hamster.

lol and tooly always ends up losing when i play him, so that throws any suggestion about the more expenisve the better you are right out the window.

we both know the only game you win at is ut and thats only because of your ping we both know the score in df2 you put on your ghilie suit and run and hide in the hill and even then you get punished from my trusty m40 lol

He he he DF2 is kak the graphics are so dated i cant even decide what is a tree or a soldier, get Ghost recon my friend then we play and see how your sniper skills make you die.

you need your eyes testing as i have no problem m8ty but to ease your suffering eyes i have got my ghost recon back and will proceed to punish you on that as well.....when you up here next anyway amigo its been a while since you joined the anthill mob

Well im on holiday as of next week so all you suckers will be crying form the cold while im out on a luxury cruise liner going around madegascer

I have 2 Microsoft sidewinder Gamepads.

The best PC game pad I have ever used.

I also have the Force Feedback wheel. Fantastic for car games.

Do you lot play games like UT with a joystick? everyone I know uses a mouse as you can turn and aim much quicker
