Headlight dim dip relay

Where is the dim dip relay situated on the Zed? I am having problems with my drivers side headlight fuse blowing, when it blows the drivers side headlight goes out and the main beam comes on dim, checked wiring, swapped the two relays under the bonnet over for the headlights, that makes no difference so I want to look at the third relay just not sure where it is.

Not sure there is a Dim-Dip relay on a J-Spec, but here is the Uk one anyway.....
