NZR wheel refurb

need my vfr wheels powder coated white,anyone know of anyone in the south/south west area who can do this,rough price would be good along with collection and delivery,and do you need to remove tyres to get them done!

    20 quid plus vat a wheel. he can do anything to them, he does all the rally peoples wheels from wales. very very good at what he does.
