I have had a reply back from Veilside in the USA..

Their lawyers are going to get involved.

It may not help people who have already bought cars but may atleast stop the misuse of the name and misleading people...

Glen, did you ever shop them to Trading Standards mate?

 

They sound like a similar outfit to the one me and the Boy Wonder went to a few years back. Ad in the Trader but no address only a phone number! So he rang them up and they gave us directions but when we got to the area we couldn't find a showroom or anything...just farm buildings.

 

So we went to a garage up the road and asked if he knew where these peeps were. His response was "don't buy anything from them, well dodgy, they've moved premisis three times in the last six months!" so we checked it out!

 

Shit loads of Jap cars...Scoobies, RX-7's, 300's, MR-2 Turbos etc. etc. etc. All in good nick but being sold out of a farm building warehouse type shack by a 6' 4" skinhead armed with a booster pack and a screwdriver!!!

 

Needless to say we did alot of tyre kicking and then fucked off sharpish!
