On the bulhead in the engine comparment there are solenoids which operate things like the aiv`s and the egr, they can become noisy in operation and are sort of behind the accelerator pedal, the buzzing feeling could be transmitted through the panel.

ย

These solenoids are easy to change if they are the problem, used parts will not cost much either, try from under the bonnet just slightly pressing the throttle cable with the engine running and observe any excessive noise or buzzing from those solenoids.

engine doesnt have to be running, as long as the ignition is on.

my peddle buzz is deffo the idle sovs at the back of the plennum, i guess theyre PWM and are opening and closing because of the input from the TPS

ย

wouldnt worry about it

ย

is it especially worse the first 15-20 mm of throttle travel then stops?
