Hi all,

can anyone tell me where the headlamp washer motor/pump is, and anywhere apart from megabucks Nissan that stocks them?

Cheers

So why would the headlamp jet not spray if the windscreen ones do and does the rear jet use the same resouvour as the front?

There is only one washer bottle on a Z,Have you tried pressing the headlamp washer switch? It is not the same button that does the windscreen.

Hi Guys,

thanks for the advice, I have tried pressing the headlamp washer button but no joy, when I press the button the windscreen wipers deploy for a couple of strokes, should that happen?

Cheers

Sounds about right to me. I expect there will be two seperate electric pumps, one for the screen and one for the lights. Better track down the second one to find out whether it's turning, whether it has any water and if it gets any power when you hit the button.

Have a look at the online manual, pages EL86-88.
