front wiper motion

Ive noticed my front wipers dont fully stop against the bottom of the windscreen... they are slightly up by maybe about 3 inchs, not much but bloody annoying,

 

if i grease up the joints will this fix the motion....? or anything else someone could suggest?

    It could be that they need removing and refitting on the splines at the right angle. If this is the case then it should also be travelling too far to the right (perhaps hitting the window side trim) when it gets to the top of its sweep ?
