has anyone ever had a problem with their reversing light going???

mine went in december (apparently reverse light switch) , had it fixed and noticed its gone again.Just wondered if there is something wrong with my manual gearbox.

The lights not a major issue i know but mot's looming.

Reverse light is not part of the MOT not 100% sure but its more for curtousy than anything IIRC

 

checked bulbs and wireing to reverse sensor,replace sensor

Mines Knackered too!! Join the club!! It may work if once you've got it in reverse pull the gear stick as hard as you can back and to the right to try and make the contact switch come on!! As said it's not an MOT faliure but apain in the arse when reversing at night!
