From a previous post I gathered that I probably need some better Shocks and Springs and maybe camber adjusting kit. Legrath recommended KYB shocks and Eibach springs as a good cost-effective solution.

I have been looking around on the web and cannot find anything listed specifically for a 300zx. Can anyone recommend where I could get the parts I need, or similar ones at a reasonable price. Where is the best place to have them fitted - can any half-decent mechanic do it, or should it be a specialist?

Is this the place? I found the shocks - and worked out they would be about £230 including shipping. Have I worked it out right? Would I have to pay Customs charges on top? I have never bought anything from the USA before.

KYB shocks

How much do you have to pay on top for customs charges?

Well ive been lucky ive not had to pay anything. Its a bit hit and miss sometimes they charge others they dont.I think you would be all right with those there seems to be a certain figure that when you reach They tax you.

Any of the traders on here can get you this lot at a good price and you won't have to pay import tax then either.

You'll usually end up paying about 25% extra after tax and other charges.

Plus if there is anything wrong with the product its easier to get intouch with a UK dealer and sort out returns.

That sounds better - I'm not looking to buy from America; I would prefer to buy here (and from a trader on this site) if possible.
