High idle speed....?

Gents,

I have a J reg import auto TT, and sometimes when I pull up to a junction or traffic lights and knock it into neutral the revs rise immediatley up to about 2000 rpm. Any ideas why this might be??

    Try checking your TPS and cleaning you throttle bodies with some Carb cleaner that could be your problem

    Also, next time it revs to high, try wiggling around the TPS wires to see if it changes anything as you may prove were the fault is.... like on my car again!
