Hey guys, I am having real trouble producing a report in Microsoft Access and wondered if any of you would be able to help me as you all seem to know your computers !!

ย

I have a query which searches for clients based on what country they live in, and this works. I am trying to produce a report which allows the end user to enter the place and date of an upcoming event, and then combine it with the county query. The overall goal is to produce a mailmerge which is an invite to the customers from the county query and include the date and place of the event the user puts in.

ย

Any help would be greatly appreiated, and i'm on msn if u wanna add me. benlawton86@hotmail.com

I will have a quick play and work out how to do it again, and what the best way is.

I think the best way is to use a sub form linked to a callander!

it actually sounds harder than it is to setup.
