I went to Faliraki shortly after the TV programme featured it, it was okay, a few bars, not particularly cheap for beer but again okay. The police are to be avoided as they don't tolerate drunks. It's your typical drinking holiday resort!

its ok, quite nice, the food isn't brilliant though but it depends where you stay, I stayed in faliraki and i've never had chips on my starters before lol

 

the local beer is cheap and nice, if you order stella you will probably get local beer and pay 3x as much for it lol.

yup, but the bars sell stella along side local beer and both taste the same out there lol, ie nothing like stella

 

when i went beer was 1 euro a pint, that was in september.

 

the water park is worth a visit,

 

also its illegal for them to have watersports on the beach, so they are often in harbour, you can purchase them from the beach and they will usually send a boat out to pick you up.

 

its a typical greek island really, although the locals seem to prefer the germans to the brits lol
