Ok - I've got my zed back from Z-tech (well.. bar a small issue that Ryan's on the ball with) and I want to clean the beast up.
I've already sorted out most of the interior, fitted the ice, sorted the suspension issue, got rid of the nasty camber angle and got a respray lined up...
now what I want to do is clean up the engine bay (it's a mess under there...)
I've done the basics - gunk spray and warm water around the body work etc to get rid of oil and other scum (Ryan, did this before I got the car back. I've left it completely as is incase the oil marks will give any clue..).
I'm going to be ordering a stainless slam panel and light covers from smithys within the month and a set of steel pipes for both the air and water next month (again from smithys).
What I'm after is:
stainless steel replacements (not silly prices!) for the fluid bottles
best method of polishing up the plenum (Father can sand blast, but not sure if this is the right thing to do?!?)
replacement "twin turbo" sticker from the top of the engine (red?)
replacement fuel lines for within the bay (not sure if these are available for the 300?)
any other ideas on making it a nicer bay to gawk at :)
Cheers,
Ian
