hey guys can you please help ????

 

i fitted a stereo in my car today, now when i turn the lights on only the full beam comes on and as soon as you turn the lights on , the sidelights and main beem dont work also the rear lights dont work and the lights around the speedo dont work but all the other electrics do is this a fuse ??? if so where is the fuse box ?? i checked under the bonnet and i can only find a few fuses but mostly relays

 

any ideas ?????????
