Hello again,

As some of you may know, my autobox died on me a couple of months ago, and my zed has been standing ever since.

Got new autobox and conveter fitted and low and behold loads of smoke from driver side exhaust.

Now she is only running on five cylinders so am sorting that out. But could the smoke be because of a jammed turbo, is it possible that the smoke could be from this and if so how do you free it off. :smash:

Thanks in advance!

Hi, mate what garage you taken your car to, i am from newcastle. I don't think the turbo will be jammened. when you get the car running on all cylinders, take it for a long drive see what happens, give the car a oil change ect. good luck anyway.

Hi mate took the car to Envy Performance in Bedliton, they seem to be ok.

They have a web site http://www.envyperformance.com give them a try if you are stuck for anything.

if its only running on 5 cyl then its probably unburnt fuel smoke, it might just be a coil pack thats died.

My Zed had sat for a while and smoked really bad from the drivers side.

Turned out to be a PCV valve, Easy fix !

Must have stuck or gummed up or summit.

Hope this helps.
