A while back. (3 weeks ago) I purchased an item on E Bay when I went to pay with PayPal it said something like

 

"this person is no longer permitted to accept payments through PayPal".

 

So I thought thats a bit dodgey like. I informed E bay of the situation and heard nothing. last week I get an Email from e bay saying that I must pay for the item as i had won it. I tried again but still the same answer. Meanwhile I had contacted the seller (in America) and they said not to go through E Bay just pay them with cash transfer? B00llox. i thought. now it looks like i will get neg feedback on my so far unblemished record. what should I do?

If he has been kcked from paypal then that means ony one thing, he hasnt shipped goods and paypal have stopped his account. Ship him cash and you can kiss goodbye to it probably and there will be bugger all you can do about it.

 

You can get a neg feedback removed if he leaves one through safeharbour "i think thats what they are called".

 

I would live with the feedback and respond to it underneath id he leaves one.

He probably won't leave neg if you don't. You could agree to nullify the sale through the dispute console.

Whats a Negative on Ebay? Fook all. Whats it like to get fooked up the a55 and lose your hard earned money by some scam artist? Fookin annoying thats what. I know what I would do.

And if he leaves it, just explain that you were unable to paypal because paypal blocked him!!

good advise there just what i thought. fook the neg feedback like you said what is it i can respond its only £15 but all the same it aint he £15 its mine.
