Anyone watch that most haunted, Most of it is shite but every now and then something happens that is weird and unexplainable. I believe in ghosts, I think I saw one once. :confused: :(

Ghosts are created by people. The Human brain has so much more power lying dorment than we could imagine??? and every encounter with a entity or ghost can be scientifically explained. It is in fact, a fact, that there has never been any proven or documented evidance of the existance of anything paranormal. Or come to think of it extraterrestrial. A millionaire a few years back in America (I think) announced that if anyone could prove beyond any doubt the existance of a ghost or the like he would give them $/£1,000,000. No one managed it?

I don't agree with you, but it's one these things where there is alot of people believe it, and alot of people don't. I've seen things that lead me to believe in ghosts and stuff. But i've also seen things that i believe are complete rubbish. I don't believe evey thing on most haunted is real as like you said it's tv program but some of it i think is :D

You cant prove ghosts exists 100%. You cant prove God exists. You cant prove that aliens dont exist.

I've been watching it since it first started and I've gotta say I love it. I went to the live event at Clitheroe a while back, the Pendle Hill one, and that was really good.

I don't necessarily believe everything they say/see but it's good tv and somethings they have caught on tape are well spooky!

My husband takes the p!ss out of me for watching it. Every time it's on I've gotta put up with him walking round the room saying "Sam, Sam can you hear me Sam!!!"(taking the mick out of derek acorah)

OK. I will answer the ? question. There are only 5 actual questions: "When, Where, Why, What & Who." But sometimes you may find yourself using the word "maybe" which says that you are not sure. If you are not sure of a fact then its fair to say you could expect a responce correcting you or even agreeing with you. I therefore dont see any problems with using a ? in this situation. When i need an english lesson I will ask for one. But thanks for caring anyway. :rofl:

 

The 100% god and ghost thing is stupid. I said IMO. which means exactly that. and IMO. there are no ghosts there is no God and we have yet to prove the existance of Aliens. (which I firmly do beleive there are plenty of out there somewhere). I stayed in an old fishermans cottage in Southern Ireland. First 2 nights, no probs, 3rd night I really wanted to close the bedroom door, kept waking up with the same feeling.

 

Then, about 2am, I woke up unable to move, something was holding my hands so tightly to my chest I couldnt move. I pushed as hard as I could, after maybe 6-10 seconds it was gone. But then I was hit on the chest, just once.

 

I am a Spirtualist and firmly "believe". And there is no way I imagined getting hit.

 

After this I was happy with the door being open. Went to sleep etc. Looking back I should have been scared but I wasnt.

 

Spoke to a medium friend, he made some enquiries. Tuned out that the ghost, (I call nice ghosts Spirit's, nasty ghosts are ghosts) Was frightened of what I can do with my hands, (still dont know what that is) so attacked me. My guides knew he was there but failed to realise he was dangerous. My guides pulled him off me, and in the "fight" he lashed out and hit me. They kept him away unrtil I left, then let him back in.

 

I have had keys taken off a solid keyring whilst still in my pocket, something I couldnt do if I tried. And many other things.

 

It is easy to pour scorn on this sort of thing, but in my opinion, the more times you have been here before the more you understand.

 

Just as sometimes you meet someone who is just so "wise" or "knowing". This in my opinion comes from living before.

I don't believe in the paranormal, neither do I believe in god or such things. But i do believe in aliens, the universe is so huge, so there have to be another planet where there is / have been life.

 

Did you know the scientists found water (ice) and microscopic bacteria’s on Mars? How would the bacteria’s have came there if not by engender there on its own?

I personally would love to be proven wrong. I have seen things that dont quite add up. I am not a cynic. I look at life with an almost Vulcan logic (trekkie) But I am what I like to refer to as a humanist. being, that if you understand what you are really capable of then it all fits into place. The difference betweeen me (the non believer) and (the believer) is. I wouldnt mind being proven wrong but the later would.

 

I can not say that the experiance that Mark had wasnt real. He says it was and I have no doubt it was. But wether it was caused by a ghost or not I am not qualified to say. albeit tho' I would say it wasnt. I just want you to know that i do know what i am talking about. This has happened to me a couple of times, the first time I got really scared as i thought I’ve been paralyzed or something similar. After a while I started feeling my hands again. The explanation to this is that I had laid on my hand so I had no blood left in it, and therefore couldn’t feel it nor use it. This feels really, really weird, like an extra limb hanging out of your body.

Excuse me and take the piss if you want but read this as it reflects how i feel about life:

Who can really say what the truth is. a born again christian thinks he now knows the truth, but does he? Most are weak and need something to hold onto otherwise they might tip and loose the plot. If that helps them to survive then no one has the right to prove them wrong and take that away. But the world is not black and white. Its so full of colour that it does become hard to choose or even find your way. So whatever path you choose to walk is the path you should take. if its the wrong one you will soon find out. Then you choose another. I think everyones questions will be answered but not during this life.

I obviously can not explain what happened with the keys. it happened to you but what do you think did it then? I have not even got a rational explanation for it. Thats a first. LOL. needless to say it cant have been a pleasant experiance?

I was worried I would loose one so asked them not to do it anymore, and they havent.

 

So, I know it was Spirit playing with me.
