Brake Inhibitor Switch???? HELP

91 Auto import,

 

Gear lever no longer unlocks when I dab on the brake pedal as normal, suspect duff switch or maybe fuse.

 

Where is the location of brake switch????? and is it easy to get to????

    dont know for sure, but i dont see any reason for it being a different switch to the brake light switch. pop ur head under the dash im sure its on a bracket against the top of the pedal.

    it might be the lock solenoid thats sticky. worth checking both
