Need A Quick Fix

Have noticed sometimes when I put my Z into Drive from Reverse or Reverse From Drive, the revs drop to below 500 briefly and the damn thing almost stalls, any ideas on the problem?

Sean matey nice easy one for you, it`s a problem I have seen a lot and generally its a poor pick up from idle, this is not always obvious and will not always do it.It depends on the service level of your car at present, if good and sound do a good throttle body clean as a start point check also the air filters,if stock these are oil coated and really do get filthy.Providing it has not been done before you can turn the filters 180 degrees to a slightly cleaner part. If you still have a problem then it gets a little more in depth with timing and throttle sensor position checking. However bet the TB clean will pay off.
