Does anybody know what the 'mist' switch on rear wiper does?

When i press mine the wiper swipes but nothing else.

Also, where the hell is the top-up tank for the headlight washers, is it separate from the windscreen tank.

Head light washer is the same bottle as the windscreen. But your lights have to be on for them to work.

Hold the rear wiper switch down, and keep it held down to wash the rear window.

the Mist switch is just for doing a single sweep with the rear wiper , instead of turning on the timed automatic rear wiper function.

thanks!
