Hi

I live in Fordingbridge, Hampshire and I am looking for a garage that specializes in Jap Performance cars. Does anyone know of one? Z-Tech is just that little bit too far.

Hi, drove through Fordingbridge the other day, saw a Z parked doen a drive on the left hand side of the road, round the corner from the bridge, was that you?

Your only about 50 miles away from ztech. I traveled 100 miles each way when I used them and considered myself lucky to live so close. Their customers come from all over the country !

Your next nearest 300zx specialist is SouthwestZ in Burham-on-sea.

OK to use non 300zx specialist for Minor stuff, but I would'nt use a regular Jap specialist for anything major.

Always welcome to pop, although sounds like you were a little way from home!

I know he's not that far but when you have to leave the car and get home blah blah blah it's too far. Secondly he always booked up until sometime next month. I just want someone who is local who can fit little bits when I'm feeling lazy, like Apexi BOV's and HKS ALC.

YampieDog,

I couldn't agree more with the above, I wish I lived as close as you do to Ztech.

Ideally I would like to find somewhere in Bournemouth, Salisbury or Southampton so I can at least get home relatively easily.

Did you not try Simon at Park Garage (01202) 523000?

Reminded about getting Chris's number for you aswell ;)

No, do you use him?

Yeah I have used him for servicing and general maintenance (brakes, dump valves, spark plugs etc) and had no problems. He wasn't willing to do the head gasket (said not worth it but he would be happy to fit a recon engine) I disagreed and so Ryan did that.

His boss used to own one so he has had good experience. They are Nissan specialists.

Thanks for letting me know. I've been trying to use you but never got the opportunity.
