got a z32 tt import auto '92......

 

can anyne point me in the right direction for a manual conversion, prices and a good place for it to be done.

jeff at zed world mate.best person i know of that deals with zx's. bit more travelling but well worth it... tbh, its not that bad a job to do yourself. i've done it n found it quite easy.

got all my parts from andy "z" at supercarparts. full kit cost £600ish.

 

had the conversion done by zedworld for £500.

 

also got a rps street clutch from smithy (did get standard clutch in the kit from andy), as i have had the boost turned up and the standard clucth cant take much more than stock power apparently. rps cost £350.

 

best thing ive ever done on my zed! :D (and now im selling :( )

I am thinking about this myslef but since I am a mechanical vortex I have no idea what I need to get the job done. £400 sounds good..I would also need the uprated clutch..

 

What would I need to get in order to have the conversion done??

Call Mark at the Zen garage, when he worked on my car there were a few ZEDS getting the conversion done.....

Airush Ztech is good value for money but we would not be able to do the conversion for what topless can offer it for. £400 is a very good price, if you want some advice if I could not take my car to ZTech the Zen garage or topless would always be my second choice as opposed to others.

How much are the parts needed for the conversion?

seems prices have dropped since i had mine done 9 months ago. twas £750 for second-hand kit and £750 for labour. Mark's price is bl00dy amazing!

Usually the price for the parts required is around the 700 mark, so it is 1100ish for the complete conversion!

is the turbo gearbox the same as the N/A one because £400 has got me intrested now and might look out for a knakered zed. who is the closest to wales who does the converssion
