k&n filter cleaned up

right cleaned my filter today, with the recharger pack, sprayed it librally with the celaner left it to soak, re covered it with cleaner again, then cleaned with water again, left it to dry out in the sun rest of day, sprayed it with oil, went round it twice left it a while now, cleaned all the pipework and such that came out, cleaned the intake bay.

should i leave this filter off till tomorrow now for the oil to soak in completely?

after cleaning there were no white spots of pure clean filter it was still a dark colour(please dont tell me it needed more cleaning) this only has to do another week then i can get my aplexi filter.

did the water run clean when you washed out the fluid?....be careful when you oil it back up you are only supposed to take one pass over each section of the filter excessive oil can be sucked through the filter and clog up your maf causing idle probs ect

one pass......

yea i saw that, so i dabbed it over with loads of paper towels to get any excess off...

im gonna start the car today see what happens
