help pc problems in a big way

I think i've got a virus, can't use my uotlook express and several other programmes.

I get on outlook when I click on a message...........RICHED32.DLL failed to load

then after clicking on ok it says there is not enough memory.

 

on The 12 December i received an email from someone i don't know contents was c:\windows Temp internet files content.1&5 \LVFYWEZT\SAMPLE EXE

i loked in the temp file ie5 and found random numbers duplicated all on the same date.

seleted them still same and also I can't get the auto restore to work. it keeps telling me to restart the computer which i have done several timesHELP!!!!

    I think I'm fucked, don't know how to fix this problem.can't send emails can't download anything gozilla won't open up either. so I'll have to find a expert!!
