NZR - I know we moan a lot about our roads...

... but the fact they managed to resurface and reopen the affected section of the M25 so quickly after this is pretty impressive.

    Too true, but I think the latter are down to local authorities, whereas motorways fall directly under the remit of the Highways Agency. Might be wrong about that though.
