guys what is the sensor for in the vent behind the windscreen in the grll passenger side ??

 

and does anybody know where the fuse for the intermitant wipe is ???

 

tearing my bloody hair out trying to find it .....

Not sure there is a separate fuse for the intermittant wipe. It could be that the wiper controller box is sick ...

thanks fellas ...my mind is now at rest ....maybe if i move my carpark pass from in front of it my AC will work better :)))

if your intermittent wipe isnt working then look by the top drivers side corner of your engine bay and you will see a grey box(mine was) attatched to the side just under the cables, thats the wiper relay.

 

my wipers work on medium and full but on intermittent they stick after a small sweep then start again stopping where they like. i tried a new relay but that wasnt it, looks like it is the wiper motor itself. im going to remove it , strip it and service it shortly to see if that cures it, if not then i will get a new one.
