Omg, I'm not too exited about chaning it from now! You should really look if there is something else you could do at the same time when you need to change it..

christ thats a lot of work just to keep warm

are there many hidden screws in the dash bud....still might have to follow your example i "might"have to replace my matrix :(

yep lots of screws, the hardest part is gonna be reconnecting the heater pipes in the engine bay

I had to do all that with mine, looks much worse than it really is. Quiet impressive though!!!

Hope you have tested the heater propperly, turning it to cold for ten min and to hot for ten, repete that ten times to make sure its working propperly, dont want to have to rip it all apart again!

done that all the flaps move etc, my old one just sat there clicking away

its not that bad really, just alot of hidden screws around the glove box etc

well all the dash is back apart from the centre consol, need to sort out the stereo wires a bit.even got the heater pipes back on my hands hurt now, just need to get some coolent and away we go,
