Hi newbie here :) was just wondering how much diffrence there is between a n/a and a t/t apart from the turbos, how much quicker are they etc etc , i would like tt but not sure how realiable they are for a every day drive .

I've been offered this car (95M Nissan 300zx(FairLady)non-turbo, manual 132,000kms MOT til 14/09/2006, White(metalic).) looks brand new what do ya rekon it would be worth , and what should i look for on it ,

Although, Car and Driver in 1992 got the following figures from a SWB TT :

0-60 mph: 5.0 sec.

0-100: 13.1 sec.

Quarter Mile Time: 13.7 sec.

 

 

Difficult to Value a 95M NA, as they are so rare.

I went from a uk manual tt, to an auto na import, and found it great, if not better, for everyday use. Each to their own, i know, but you cant beat a 'lazy stick' for town use!!!

As a guide on value - I still have my N-reg at £4700 ONO

yami has a n/a swb and anna has a tt 2+2 and accelleration on the road there isnt really a great difference.

I use my UK Manual TT as an every day car and it makes me smile alot. Much more reliable than the 16V Integrale it replaced and still the fastest 2 wheel drive car about on the roads here in Scotland.
