aircon/heating problem

Heater fan not blowing and lcd display on unit not lighting up

have checked fuses they are ok,aircon compressor is operating,heater fan works,bulbs for lcd display are ok, 5 volt live feeds to control unit seem ok,does anyone have an idea suppose its either going to be control unit or amplifier pack

ps can this be checked on conzult and who in sussex/kent area would have one

sorry for my very un-technical jargon
