diff oil and gearbox oil

Hi To all, tryin to have a little question answered if possible. Is the oil you use for the diff the same as you would use for the gearbox in my uktt.manual ?????? As i'm changin both at the moment..... lookin at millers oils at the mo as well..... :) :) :) :tongue:

    It can be. I used the same, fully synth Silkolene in mine. Got it from Oilman on this forum. Result seems very smooth.

    Nissan stated it HAS to be Dextron in the auto gearbox. Plus Nissan don't seem overly expensive for the gearbox oil IIRC it was under £5 for a litre and it takes 4 -5 litres.
